Description:

I am working with an established pharmaceutical company to recruit an IT Service Desk Team Lead based onsite in their Hoddesdon offices. Leading a team of 4, you will be responsible for providing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to support their professional development and success. Additionally, you will be an escalation point for complex IT Support queries.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Team Lead for an IT Service Desk
  • Experience with ITIL
  • Strong technical knowledge across, Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and Office 365
