Are you an experienced Dynamics 365 CE Consultant looking to take the next step in your career?
Our client, a leading digital transformation business, is seeking an experienced Functional Dynamics 365 CE Consultant to join their team in London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure, and be passionate about driving digital transformation in the government sector.
This is a hybrid remote position with the opportunity to work closely with public sector clients to deliver cutting-edge technology solutions that improve business processes, enhance efficiency, and foster innovation. As a Functional Consultant, you will play a key role in leading client engagements, gathering
requirements, advising on best practices, and configuring Dynamics 365 solutions to meet the unique needs of each client.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead client requirement gathering sessions, working directly with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Provide expert advice on business process improvements, leveraging your knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and Azure.
  • Direct contact with clients, ensuring strong relationships and delivering high-quality, tailored solutions.
  • Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions, ensuring they are optimised for client requirements.
  • Deliver end-user training and support, ensuring clients are equipped to get the most from their solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and manage project time lines effectively.
  • Ensure successful delivery of digital transformation projects within budget and to the satisfaction of clients.
Skills & Experience Required:
  • 5+ years of functional consulting experience, ideally across multiple sectors.
  • Proven expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Current Microsoft D365 certifications (e.g., Functional Consultant Associate) and relevant Power Platform certifications.
  • Strong understanding of Azure services and how they integrate with Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Solid commercial awareness and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with government clients or in regulated sectors is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
