Description:	I am looking for a Project Manager who specialises in Social Housing Assets to join a social housing provider in Nottinghamshire. The Project Manager will be responsible monitoring capital projects throughout the area and for the delivery of multimillion regeneration projects. This is a 3-6 month contract with hybrid working available. Project Manager responsibilities: Manage individual capital projects, making informed decisions, assessing problem and negotiating with team members. Plan, co-ordinate and develop consultation and publicity on capital projects Operational delivery of estate improvement projects Be responsible for multimillion pound programmes of regeneration projects What is required for the position: Degree or equivalent HND/HNC Ability to prepare and maintain up to date project plans Working knowledge and understanding of safety practices and legislation If you are interested in the Project Manager position, apply online now or contact Gareth on (phone number removed)/ (url removed)
