We're seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to join a growing team at the forefront of digital solutions. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing user-friendly, aesthetically engaging interfaces that deliver an optimal user experience across a variety of platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and refine intuitive, visually appealing user interfaces that enhance usability and delight users
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for both web and mobile applications
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure seamless integration and usability across different devices and platforms
• Stay aligned with brand guidelines and company values in every design you create
• Continuously explore new design trends, tools, and technologies to stay ahead of the curve

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a portfolio that demonstrates your design skills, process and results
• Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD and others
• Experience with user research, wireframing, and prototyping
• Ability to create user personas, user flows, and storyboards to guide design decisions
• Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus, but not essential
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset for working with cross-functional teams
• A passion for creating digital experiences that put the user first, with attention to detail
