3rd Line IT Engineer

3rd Line IT Engineer to a small, busy and personable team, this position is paying an annual salary of 35,000 - 50,000. Working hours are Monday - Friday 9:00 - 5:30pm.

Duties:

• Providing technical support to clients by phone, email and on - site visits
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
• Conduct regular maintenance tasks
• Work as part of a team and alongside other departments to contribute to ongoing service enhancements
• All other relevant tasks

Benefits:

• 35,000 - 50,000 per annum
• 20 days holiday (3-5 days to be held back for Christmas shutdown) + Bank Holidays
• Pension

Experience required:

• Must have a full UK driving licence to be able to travel to client sites when needed
• Managed Service Provider experience
• Technical proficiency across: Windows server (including Active Directory, DNS & DHCP)
• Microsoft 365
• Windows 10/11
• Networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs & VPNs)
• Experienced firewall knowledge form setup through to administering
