Are you an experienced Salesforce Developer with a talent for leadership and a passion for creating impactful solutions? Join our team as a Salesforce Lead Developer contractor, where you'll drive and deliver complex Salesforce solutions in an agile environment, working closely with business stakeholders to align Salesforce strategy with company goals.

• Lead a Scrum team of developers and technical testers to create Salesforce solutions.
• Assess and improve existing Salesforce systems, code, and support for business processes.
• Present ideas for system enhancements and produce technical specifications for proposed solutions.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize Salesforce, including data cleansing, reducing technical debt, and handling bug fixes.
• Identify and address security risks within Salesforce and related systems.
• Define solution requirements, phases, and features while collaborating with business analysts to meet requirements.
• Build skills and knowledge within the team on Salesforce best practices.

• Extensive experience with Salesforce declarative programming and administrative features.
• Proficient in Salesforce coding (APEX, Triggers, Batch Apex, LWC) and data modeling.
• Strong background in CI/CD processes and Sales Cloud.
• Familiarity with Service Cloud, integrations, and ETL tools is beneficial.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Salesforce and experience in leading development projects or team leadership on large-scale projects.

• Team Size: 18 global team members (4 UK-based staff).
• Location: Remote collaboration with UK and Malaysia teams; UK-based with non-technical support.
• Tools: Salesforce, Apex

• Proven experience setting up Salesforce instances.
• Leadership experience in guiding project teams through complex Salesforce implementations.
• Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
