What You'll Do:

• Design, implement, and maintain company-wide infrastructure solutions.
• Manage and troubleshoot networks, servers, and cloud-based systems.
• Lead technical support initiatives and assist with expanding the support team.
• Provide expert guidance and resolution for complex technical issues.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in infrastructure engineering (networking, servers, virtualiSation).
• Knowlede in Secuirty and backups
• Strong knowledge of telecoms systems and technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
• Experience in a technical support or customer-facing role is a bonus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a growing team.
