Test Environment Manager - Contract


Our client, a leading banking institution based in London is seeking an experienced Test Environment Manager to oversee their testing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the test environments across multiple projects and ensuring that they align with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the testing environments including planning, scheduling, maintenance and support
- Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure smooth integration between systems
- Implement best practices around CI/CD pipelines within a DevOps framework
- Ensure effective management of data throughout the entire lifecycle (Test Data Management)

Qualifications & Skills Required:
To be considered for this position you must possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years' experience as a Test Environment manager preferably within financial services sector.
  • Strong knowledge about setting up DEVOPS processes using various tools like Jenkins etc., along with infrastructure automation techniques such as Terraform / Ansible etc
  • Experience working on Cloud platforms such AWS/Azure/GCP would also help.
