Enterprise Systems Analyst

Are you an Enterprise Systems Analyst or maybe a Technical Business Analyst looking for your next challenge? Do you have experience with Dynamics 365? Are you technical minded with a technical background?

We are looking for an Enterprise Systems Analyst to support with a Dynamics 365 implementation project and to provide continuous support once live. You will be critical in supporting the Finance and Operations module as well as Human Resource's and the Customer Engagement module.

Key Skills

• Dynamics 365 Expertise: Hands-on experience with F&O and HR modules is required. Customer Engagement (CE) experience is desirable but not essential
• Process mapping and documentation
• Experience with DevOps, Microsoft Power Apps, and other Microsoft platforms
• Technical expertise: experience in a technical role in a business systems context such as IT support, system administration, or system analyst
• Analytical, problem solving and solution oriented with an ability to simply explain technical problems and solutions
• Proven ability to translate technical configurations and system processes into documentation
• Willingness to learn and become a super-user of the clients Dynamics 365 system
• Familiarity with change management processes and system documentation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
