Role Overview: We are seeking a Senior Engagement Leader to join our client's leadership team. This role is pivotal in driving best-in-class engagement delivery within the UK healthcare sector, particularly focusing on the existing footprint in private healthcare. You will develop and manage key client relationships at a senior level, identify and nurture business development opportunities, and lead high-performing teams to deliver outstanding client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage senior-level client engagements to ensure exceptional delivery of consulting services.
• Nurture business development opportunities to expand the footprint within the private health insurance market.
• Lead and manage a team of 5 to 10 technical and consulting professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Collaborate closely with peers across the healthcare consulting landscape, both in the private and public sectors.
• Engage and influence senior client executives on complex business issues, utilizing data and AI solutions to solve challenges.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and provide insights to senior leadership teams, including C-suite executives.

Experience Required:

• Extensive experience in management/strategy consulting, applied analytics, or technology consulting, with at least 4 years in a senior client-facing role.
• Relevant experience in health consulting, advisory, or technology support.
• Demonstrable experience within the private health insurance or private medical domain
• Proven problem-solving skills, with a track record of partnering with clients to address complex commercial problems through data and AI.
• Demonstrated experience managing large and complex client engagements with multiple streams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, having worked with senior leadership teams and reported into C-suite executives.
• Ability to lead and develop teams, with experience guiding analytical teams being highly desirable.
• Competence in navigating a matrix structure and mentoring employees across various industry verticals.
