Description: Role Title: Security Architect (SAP IAG)

My client are seeking an experienced Security Architect specialising in roles and authorizations across SAP and Non-SAP systems, with essential expertise in SAP Identity Access Governance (IAG). The role is focused on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud in Professional Services, with responsibilities in designing, implementing, and transitioning security roles, Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Identity and Access Management (IAM) for cross-platform ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Security Design & Architecture: Update and deploy comprehensive role frameworks for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, ensuring access controls align with security standards.
  • SAP IAG Transition: Lead migration of legacy ECC GRC authorizations to SAP IAG, ensuring compliance with updated security protocols.
  • Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC): Oversee ECC to IAG transformation, develop authorization concepts, and enforce regulatory compliance.
  • Roles & Authorizations: Manage RBAC models for SAP S/4HANA, conduct access reviews, and coordinate role provisioning.
  • PAM Solutions: Design and manage PAM for both SAP and Non-SAP systems to secure privileged accounts.
  • BTP Integration: Establish secure SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) integration, ensuring role authorization best practices.
  • Security Operations: Conduct audits and improve role and authorisation frameworks continuously.
Key Requirements

Experience:
  • 5+ years in SAP security architecture for roles and authorizations.
  • Proven expertise in SAP IAG for S/4HANA Public Cloud.
  • Background in migrating ECC GRC security to IAG.
  • Experience with SAP BTP integration and security design.
Skills:
  • Proficiency in SAP security architecture (S/4HANA, Fiori, BTP).
  • Strong SAP IAG, RBAC, and SoD tool knowledge.
  • Familiarity with Non-SAP systems and cross-platform security.
Education:
  • Bachelor s in Computer Science or related field; CISM, CISSP, or SAP Security certification preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with SAP Fiori authorizations, Public Cloud IAG, and Zero Trust models.
Soft Skills:
  • Detail-oriented, collaborative, proactive, and able to prioritize effectively.
