Applause IT is recruiting on behalf of a leading holiday company dedicated to curating memorable travel experiences across Europe. Our client is at the forefront of digital innovation, leveraging technology to create engaging, user-friendly experiences for their customers. They are now seeking a talented UI Developer to bring their web applications to life with intuitive and responsive designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain user-facing features using Next.js, TypeScript, GraphQL, and React.
• Collaborate closely with design and backend teams to implement seamless, high-quality user interfaces.
• Optimise application performance for speed and scalability, ensuring responsive and efficient user experiences.
• Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and contribute to a clean, maintainable codebase.
• Actively participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and upholding best practices.
• Stay current with frontend development trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.

About You:

• Proven experience as a UI or Frontend Developer with a strong command of TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and React.js.
• Familiarity with Next.js, GraphQL, and version control systems such as Git.
• Experience in unit testing, test-driven development, and collaborative, cross-functional team work.
• Desired skills include experience with Jest, REST API integration, and agile methodologies.
