Network & AV Support, £40K, MSP Experience Required

Network & AV Support Engineer is required by a Manager Service Provider located in close proximity to Blackfriars Station and paying up to 40k. The client is looking for an individual who has a solid understanding of IT Support, being the escalation point and adhere to strict time scales.

The successful Network & AV Support Engineer will have experience with Networking, Troubleshooting, Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory, and AV Technologies such as Teams/Zoom/DSP. Having experience in 2nd line support within an environment where they have been supporting multiple sites or clients is required.

Requirements :

• Polycom, Crestron & Cisco VC solutions and support.
• Broad knowledge and experience working with Windows
• Active Directory & Microsoft Exchange on Prem & Azure.
• Microsoft Desktop OS (Windows 10 & 11)
• Active Directory (Users & Computers, GPO)
• Entra ID & MS 365 applications
• WSUS, EndPoint Manager (InTune)
• UC (Teams), Cloud PBX (Ring Central, 3CX, Cisco)
