IT Support Analyst

Hays are working with a Bristol based business to support with the recruitment for a permanent IT support analyst. The role is paying 25,000 - 30,000 depending on experience and will be 5 days on site. You also must be able to drive.

In the role you will join the small IT team to be the first point of contact for IT support with internal users. You'll work in a varied role and enjoy a mix of project based and BAU support. You'll support in a hybrid infrastructure environment, providing technical support across the Microsoft 365 stack including InTune and mobile device management, and also support windows server 10/11 & basic networking. You'll also support hands ad hoc desktop and hardware support face to face with users. You'll get a lot of exposure in different areas of IT support, including security and networking.

To be considered for the role, you will need to have experience within internal IT support across a range of 1st and 2nd line software & hardware support. You'll need exposure with BAU & Project based work and be able to work independently alongside with guidance and support. You'll need to have the right attitude to learn and upskill in new areas with a proactive approach. You'll need to be able to drive and work in a dynamic organisation with a varied day to day.
