Maintenance Administrator

Carbon60 are looking to recruit a Programme Support Officer in Southampton.

Location: Southampton

Pay Rate: 12.79 ( 26,603 per annum)

Contract: Temporary ongoing (minimum of 3 months)

Hours: 07:30-16:15 Monday to Thursday 07:30-15:15 Friday

The Role:

• Working in the Estate Maintenance Planning Team to allocate work to trade
• Ensure that materials are available by liaising closely with the materials hub
• Liaising with customers regarding their day-to-day repairs
• Provide performance information for housing maintenance
• Deliver a high standard in customer focused contact centre environment.

The Successful candidate:

• Good IT Skills
• Good Customer Service Skills
• Data entry experience
• Telephony experience
• Experience of providing a customer based service

The location of the site is not easily accessible by public transport so own transport would be advisable
