Our client is seeking an experienced Head of IT to lead their multi-functional IT department, including Service Desk, Hardware, and Data teams. This is a strategic, non-technical role focused on operational management and people leadership within a Microsoft technology environment.

• Team Leadership: Oversee Service Desk, Hardware, and Data teams, driving performance and alignment with business goals.
• Operational Oversight: Ensure smooth daily operations across all IT functions with a focus on service quality and efficiency.
• Data Management: Bring strong data management expertise to guide best practices in data security and compliance.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, aligning IT initiatives with organisational needs.

• Leadership Experience: Proven track record in IT management with strong skills in people leadership.
• Stakholders: Strong stakeholder engagement experience.
• Microsoft Tech Knowledge: Familiarity with the Microsoft technology stack.
• Data Insight: Solid background in data management and operational excellence.
• Excellent Communication: Skilled in building stakeholder relationships at all levels.
