Working alongside the delivery team you'll assisting with the delivery of our customer network, server and cloud projects.

• Switch Configuration
• Firewall policy creation
• Active Directory Administration and Management
• Microsoft 365 Administration and Management
• VMware & HyperV Management

Service Desk

Act as 2/3rd Line escalation point for Service Desk incident tickets. Investigation and resolution of allocated Incident Tickets with agreed client Incident Categorisations within associated Service Level Agreements.
