Operations Manager

As the Operations Manager you will:

• Have an interest in the technology space related to training & HR
• Natural ability to work smart and at pace.
• Lead on business governance.
• Set the standard across the business, ensure the right people are in the right place and delivering against objectives.
• Passionate and motivated by growth in key metrics
• Experience working international is desired but not essential, however the ambition to take the business forward in this regard is essential.

• Strong organisational and leadership abilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
