IT Project Manager

IT Project Manager required by to take on all business systems and programmes for this technology focused Tour & Travel Company. This is full time office based in Blackpool.

Working closely with 3rd party technology and development companies, you will manage and deliver all technology projects according to business requirements - this will include solutions definition, managing requirements, supplier workloads, development resources and budgets.

Also have responsibility for an IT Assistant and will have to support aspects of their workload from time to time.

Salary: £40K to £50K plus pension, 25 days holidays, opportunity to purchase more

Location: Blackpool, Lancashire - Office Based 5 days a week

They require:

• Must have worked as an IT Project Manager or IT Systems Manager or IT Manager working on development, applications and infrastructure projects.
• Travel & Tourism sector or Group Travel or Travel Technology space Nice to have.
• Programme Management and Business Analysis exposure ideal but not essential.
• Experience in managing third-party technology supplier relationships to ensure delivery as expected.
• Ability to resolve problems, work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Commercial & financial awareness
• Experience of project delivery with technical, CRM, document and content supplier companies
• Strong analytical skills, the ability to follow procedures and willingness to enhance them
• Experience in mapping processes and solutions and communicating these clearly to internal and external stakeholders & ensuring they are adhered to and monitored
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Adaptable and flexible with a positive approach to work and passion for exceptional service delivery
• Experience of Data Warehouse and MI tools ideal
