Description: Systems Engineer 30,000 to 35,000 Hybrid / London Office

Working for a forward-thinking company in the healthcare technology sector, dedicated to improving patient outcomes through cutting-edge software solutions, you will be responsible for supporting both internal teams and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support both remotely and face-to-face
  • Support, monitor and configure Microsoft applications and Windows operating systems
  • Install, configure, and support hardware and software (PCs, laptops, mobile devices)
  • Provide staff training on IT systems
Key Skills:
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally within an NHS setting
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure AD user support and configuration
  • Experience managing and supporting Windows Desktop and Server environments
  • Knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive approach to learning.
