What do you need to be successful?

• A record of success in agency side Technology, Data and Transformation Recruitment
• Experience leading successful sales/recruitment teams
• Educated to degree level or equivalent experience
• Experience managing the 360 recruitment processes for Technology, Data and Transformation across contract or permanent employment environments
• The knack in building trusted relationships and the ability to network
• Love and passion for your specialist market!
• A human approach to recruitment robots and transactional recruiters need not apply
• Brilliant communication skills we love meeting and speaking to people to support their career aspirations!
• Competitive (friendly) with a history of achievements we love people to push themselves out of their comfort zone
