Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure email marketing platforms (e.g., Adobe Campaign, Marketo, Salesforce, Zeta) to meet client needs.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to HTML/CSS, email deliverability, and design.
  • Support clients with technical guidance and problem-solving.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to define project requirements.
  • Conduct testing and quality checks to ensure campaigns run smoothly.
  • Assist with platform integrations, including CRM and e-commerce systems.
  • Deliver training and workshops on platform usage and best practices.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and share insights with the team.

The Person

  • A degree in an analytical or STEM subject, or relevant technical bootcamp qualification.
  • Basic coding skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
  • Enthusiastic about teamwork and client interaction.
  • Must have the right to work in the UK.
