• Implement and configure Dynamics 365 applications (e.g., Sales, Customer Service, Field Service) tailored to client requirements.
• Design and develop solutions on Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Engage with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into functional solutions.
• Conduct workshops and provide end-user training.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and customisation.
• Offer ongoing support and maintenance for deployed solutions.

• Proven experience as a Functional Consultant in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Expertise in customisation and configuration of Dynamics 365 applications.
• Strong knowledge of Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Ability to gather and document requirements, conduct workshops, and provide client support.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform are a plus.
