Systems Analyst

Information Systems Analyst Defence Company 12 Month Initial Contract (Extensions Likely) Up to 55 per hour (Inside IR35) Bristol / Stevenage / Bolton SC Eligibility Required

MERITUS are working with a leading organisation within the defence sector, we are recruiting for an experienced Information Systems Analyst to join their IS team working on their internal Information Management team.

As an Information Systems Solution Analyst, you will be part of a dedicated team responsible for improving and supporting engineering toolsets and systems. You will work closely with stakeholders to develop requirements, validate processes, and ensure that solutions are in line with both internal and programme needs. Your expertise in systems engineering and information systems will help drive critical transformation activities.

Due to the nature of the work candidates need to be eligible for SC Security Clearance. The role can be based at either their Bristol, Stevenage or Bolton sites & require 1-2 days per week on-site.

• Assist in developing and validating requirements for new solutions.
• Lead the scoping and implementation of system solutions.
• Monitor and ensure solutions meet the needs of internal stakeholders.
• Provide subject matter expertise on systems engineering processes and lifecycle management.

• Proven experience in developing requirements and scoping systems or services.
• Knowledge of mapping business or engineering processes to applications.
• Understanding of the lifecycle of information systems and emerging digital technologies.
• Experience in systems engineering practices, with strong problem-solving skills.
