What you will be doing

To support all reward, recognition and benefit practices by providing people analytics using and gathering data/information to provide insights into people issues to guide decision making.

  • To assist Reward & Insights Manager with detailed pay modelling to be able to provide proposed budget for annual pay review and support the annual pay review process ensuring a high degree of accuracy and within agreed project timelines.
  • To co-ordinate gender pay gap reporting, providing insights to the figures to help formulate action plan to close the gap.
  • Assist with ethnicity pay gap reporting, establishing an approach that will give us useful insight on what the gap is within Ricoh UK in order to formulate an action plan for the future.
  • Carry out regular equal pay audits to ensure that Ricoh UK is compliant with the legal requirements and to ensure fairness and equity for all employees.
  • To gather and process qualitative and quantitative data on relevant people related strategies identifying trends, drawing useful conclusions and recommending solutions to support business.
  • Carry out the submission of the annual salary & benefits survey process to enable us to gain access to relevant market data information.
  • To support the job evaluation process to ensure timely completion and reporting and provide market data to the wider HR team and business to ensure informed decisions can be made to new hires / promotions.
  • To provide analytical support to reward & benefits projects / initiatives to ensure objectives are achieved.

You will ideally have

  • IT literate including advanced Excel skills
  • Previous reward experience (Desirable, not essential)
  • Ability to collate and analyse data to produce clear recommendations for management action
  • Good communication skills at all levels
  • Understanding of reward and pay benchmarking
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good time management skills
  • Ability to produce presentations to showcase analytical workings
  • Understanding of business intelligence tools and analysis methodologies desirable
  • Good aptitude for producing reports with excellent attention to detail
  • Knowledge of using Sharepoint would be advantageous
  • Good understanding of job evaluation methodologies would be desirable
