Your Mission:

• Be the go-to expert for customer enquiries, providing outstanding service
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
• Manage service cases swiftly and effectively
• Expand your skills in small & medium business IT solutions (Microsoft Windows, Office 365, networking, and more)

About You:

• 1-2 years' experience in a similar role, ideally in an MSP setting
• Confident communicator with a knack for organisation
• Ready for occasional paid overtime
• Driver's license & car required due to location
