| Description: | Business Applications Manager based in Rochdale. This is a full-time permanent role 4 days a week onsite in HQ in Rochdale and 1 day WFH. The salary on offer for this role is £50,000 - £55,000 Due to continuing growth and future expansion plans, the IT team is recruiting a Business Application Manager to assist in creating a robust and scalable strategic application platform to support future business needs. Skills requirement/experience Established leader of business application teams Highly proficient in business analysis, requirements gathering & gap analysis Demonstratable understanding of process mapping and documenting In-depth knowledge and experience of CRM/ERP/WMS system selection & implementation Extensive experience in large, end to end, systems implementation Proven track record in application standardisation & process automation Confident working with systems integrators and software companies Excellent problem solving & project management skills Supply chain knowledge within Retail and/or Manufacturing Experience of Anthill CRM and/or Odoo CRM/ERP desirable. Role Responsibilities Establish, lead & manage the Business Application Team Assist in the creation of the IT strategic plan and prioritise work accordingly Review, document and improve existing processes and procedures.
