Your Impact

As the Senior Sales Manager for the Retail & Manufacturing practice, you ll work with the Practice Director to secure opportunities with new clients and within designated accounts, driving the continued growth of our Retail & Manufacturing vertical.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a robust pipeline for future growth
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with allocated accounts and prospective clients
  • Identify and communicate customer challenges and goals to ensure effective solution design
  • Present tailored solutions that demonstrate business value
  • Oversee proposal production for customer engagement
  • Adhere to sales governance for quality assurance and risk management
  • Maintain accurate, real-time data on opportunities for reliable forecasting

What We re Looking For

We re searching for a motivated and experienced team player who brings:

  • Experience in a commercial role within a technology organisation, especially with SaaS, CRM, ERP, and Cloud technology solutions
  • Knowledge of and expertise in D365 solutions (highly desirable)
  • Strong familiarity with the Retail & Manufacturing industries and experience in solution selling to these sectors
  • Proven success in a target-driven, customer-facing environment
  • Background within the Microsoft technology channel
