Your new role

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join us as The IDS Product Manager in the Corporate and Enterprise team. Leading and overseeing the development and delivery of digital products and services that cater to the corporate and enterprise needs.

Working across major areas such as HR, Finance, and Student Records, you will be collaborating with various stakeholders to understand requirements, define product strategies and roadmaps, and ensure the successful deployment and adoption of digital solutions.

You will play a pivotal role in advancing the digital capabilities, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of efficiency, security, and innovation.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience in establishing a coherent product portfolio, identifying opportunities for digital advancements. Understanding industry trends and advancements to keep us at the forefront of digital innovation in the educational sector.
  • Experience of reporting on product performance, making data-driven decisions to inform future development.
  • Extensive experience in developing a comprehensive understanding of the corporate and enterprise environments, benchmarking with other universities and understanding the market dynamics including competitor analysis.
  • Prior experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to guide products from conception to launch and onward through service improvements.
  • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and training, supported by IDS, to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels of an organisation, whether non-technical or technical
