Responsibilities

• Take ownership of our Oracle EPM business across all territories but with a focus on UK, driving growth in finding new opportunities and enhancing capabilities.
• Lead and oversee multiple client engagements, ensuring successful delivery of projects and client satisfaction.
• Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership to clients and internal teams.
• Drive business development efforts, including identifying and pursuing new opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders and contributing to the development of proposals and presentations.
• Mentor and develop team members, providing them with support and opportunities for growth.
• Engage with the wider community to shape and promote inlumi's thought leadership in digital transformation for the office of the CFO, sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Play a vital role in shaping and executing inlumi's business strategy.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience in consulting, digital transformation, or related field.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully leading and delivering complexprojects.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities, with a proven track record of working closely with customers and high-level executives.
• Strong financial expertise, including substantial experience analyzing financial data and developing financial models.
• Extensive knowledge of cutting-edge digital transformation strategies and the Oracle EPM Cloud solutions.
• Proven experience in effectively mentoring and supporting the progress and advancement of team members.
