Description:

We're seeking a seasoned Workday Financials Solution Architect to join a dynamic team focused on delivering top-tier ERP and Corporate Services solutions. This role demands significant experience in leading large-scale implementations and a deep understanding of Workday products, particularly Financials and Payroll.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee multiple large ERP, Corporate Services, and Workday implementations.
  • Demonstrate exceptional knowledge of ERP, Corporate Services, and Workday products, focusing on Financials, Payroll, and specific capabilities.
  • Utilize expert delivery methodologies designed for SaaS to ensure effective project execution.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, managing senior-level customer interactions and presenting formally to client and conference audiences.
  • Manage conflicting demands and perform effectively in complex situations through adept negotiation, conflict resolution, and relationship management.
  • Understand the commercial aspects of utilisation within a services organisation and drive towards achieving these targets.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience at a senior or director level in relevant capabilities across multiple large implementations.
  • Expertise in ERP, Corporate Services, and Workday, with specific knowledge in Financials and Payroll.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, lead, and develop staff.
  • Excellent customer management and engagement skills.
  • Ability to travel regionally with minimal out-of-region travel as required.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

Desirable:

  • Professional qualifications in relevant fields.
  • Workday certifications in HCM, Financials, or Payroll, with additional specialisms.

People Management (if applicable):

  • Set, review, and refine performance goals aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Provide regular feedback and conduct performance reviews.
  • Manage team workload forecasting, recruitment, and retention metrics.
