Head of Hospitality & Events

Location: Foster + Partners

Rate of pay: £50,000 per annum

Working pattern: Monday to Friday

1. Responsible for the development and provision of hospitality and events catering at Foster + Partners, working alongside the manager to deliver a premium offer.
2. Development of menus and concepts.
3. To prepare and cook high-quality dishes in a timely and efficient manner.
4. To support and develop the kitchen staff.
5. To maintain a clean and hygienic work environment.
6. To ensure all dietary requirements are met, and dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standards.
7. To adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
8. Experience of working within an events and front-facing hospitality environment.
9. Be able to work occasional evenings.
10. Ability to develop working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
11. Energy, drive, and enthusiasm.
12. An approachable manner and a 'hands-on' attitude.
13. An eye for detail and the ability to work to high standards.
14. Commitment to excellent customer service skills.
