Our client, a leading Investment Management organisation based in the City of London, is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join them on a permanent basis.
You will be part of their Strategic Data Programme and will collaborate with cross-functional agile teams to enhance their Enterprise Data Platform. In this role, you will develop high-quality, scalable software solutions that align with the company's business objectives.
Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough unit testing and ensuring controlled releases of your changes. You will apply critical thinking to solve both business and technical challenges while providing support to junior team members.
Key Skills:
Strong experience with C#, .NET Framework and SQL
Experience with Python is also preferred
Azure Cloud and Azure DevOps technologies
API experience with either Apigee or Azure API Management
Agile methodologies
Knowledge of investment data and instruments
Background in the Investment Management industry or a similar financial services environment
