The Role

Within your role of Creative Designer/ Artworker, you will design on-site printed material to improve our guests experience whilst promoting campaigns and be responsible for designing digital assets for our social media, website, mailers, digital adverts and screens. The role will involve working closely with the Creative Lead and other team members to develop creative solutions that drive conversions, improve retention, and boost brand awareness

The successful candidate shall be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong focus on InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Create on-site printed materials aimed at enhancing the guest journey and overall experience.
  • Design digital assets for various platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and digital advertisements.
  • Work with the creative team to organise and execute on-site photoshoots, assisting in both planning and execution.
  • Visit properties as needed to conduct audits and ensure the quality and consistency of on-site materials.
  • Generate innovative and fresh creative solutions to enhance the current output from the Marketing Team.
  • Create and artwork materials following brand guidelines, contributing to ongoing brand evolution and consistency.
  • Stay informed about current design trends and competitor outputs to keep the brand's creative work relevant and competitive.
Person Specification:

Essential

  • Minimum of 2 years of design experience in an agency or in-house environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in digital design, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
  • Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Strong understanding of typography and layout, with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Solid knowledge of the print process, including the ability to confidently liaise with printers when necessary.
  • Comfort and experience in working within established brand guidelines to produce consistent and on-brand materials for various properties.
  • The confidence and clarity to effectively communicate ideas and present work to team members and stakeholders.
  • Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills, coupled with the ability to independently manage workload and meet deadlines.

Desirables

  • Knowledge and experience of using is Adobe Premiere Pro
