Description: Join our client s ICT team as an IT Services Support Engineer. This role is essential in ensuring smooth IT operations by providing first and second-level support for all users across the EMEA region. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT support and a strong knowledge of Microsoft systems, networking, and user support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide immediate solutions to common IT problems to minimise disruption
  • Manage and track support tickets, ensuring timely resolution
  • Assist users with hardware and software setups, including troubleshooting
  • Maintain system performance, ensuring reliability and availability
  • Set up user accounts and configure permissions
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant teams when necessary
  • Manage IT assets and provide user guidance on best practices

Requirements:

  • Apprenticeship in IT or previous experience in IT support
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems, M365, Active Directory, and basic TCP/IP networking

This role is 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday with hybrid working on offer 2 days per week.
