As Art Director you're day to day responsibilities will include -

• Partnering with the Senior Copywriter to lead design, and sign-off on the majority of creative
• Being an integral part of new business pitches
• Creating big channel-neutral ideas, bold advertising ideas, brilliant social concepts and beautiful design and art direction
• Developing work to win awards across the business, so part of the role will include submissions
• Mentoring the more junior members of the team - encouraging, inspiring, course-correcting and collaborating

About you:

• Currently working as an Art Director, working agency side
• Demonstratable experience working on ATL, OOH, TVC and digital
• High-level, hands-on skills in the Adobe Suite, namely Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and XD
• Knowledge of print and digital design best practices and a growing understanding of AI
