This will be delivered remotely and will provide you the necessary experience and skills required to start the role.Main responsibilities: Provide a single point of contact to internal colleagues reporting IT related incidents. Diagnose and resolve technical issues at first level to minimise downtime to colleagues Obtain both technical information and business impact to enable support teams to resolve incidents effectively. Excellent ability to troubleshoot and problem solve.Training opportunities: Smart technologies Electrical principles Technical and architectural drawings and documentation Networking Internet of things (IoT) Project managementSkills required: Excellent communication skills.
