Job Title: IT Support Analyst Location: Leamington Spa, Warwickshire Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 9:00am 5:30pm) Salary: Up to £30K, dependant on experience Ready to Elevate Your IT Career? We're on the lookout for a skilled IT Support Analyst to deliver top-notch support to our business clients across Warwickshire and beyond. What You'll Be Doing: 1st Line IT Support: Provide fast and efficient support to our clients via email, phone, and support tickets. VoIP Support: Help our VoIP customers with configurations, changes, and new handset setups. Hardware Setup: Configure and install everything from laptops and desktops to routers, firewalls, and printers. Server & PC Maintenance: Keep client systems running smoothly with upgrades, repairs, and ongoing maintenance. On-Site & Remote Support: Balance your time between our office near Leamington Spa and client sites to solve IT issues face-to-face. What You Bring to the Table: Technical Communication: You can explain tech issues in a way anyone can understand. Problem-Solving Pro: You're methodical, detail-oriented, and excel at troubleshooting. Technical Know-How: You ve got a solid grasp of Windows Servers, Networking, Firewalls, VPNs, Windows 10, and Mac OSX. Cloud experience with Microsoft Azure and Office365 is a big plus! Network Knowledge: Expertise in LAN, WLAN, and WAN technology is essential. Mac and SharePoint experience? Even better! Essential Requirements: Education & Experience: A good level of technical education and hands-on IT support experience. Driving Licence: A valid licence and your own vehicle are required, as you'll be working both in-office and on-site.
