ServiceNow Lead Technical Consultant

Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Lead Technical Consultant to join their dynamic team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to take the lead on IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) projects, focusing on Discovery, Asset Management, and Software Asset Management (SAM). Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of ITSM and ITOM solutions, with a focus on Discovery, Asset Management, and SAM.
• Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Oversee the integration of ITOM modules with other enterprise systems, ensuring data integrity and process efficiency.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and developers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in ITSM and ITOM to ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Lead Technical Consultant, with a strong focus on ITSM and ITOM, particularly Discovery, Asset Management, and SAM.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in HR Service Delivery (HRSD), ITSM PRO, Application Portfolio Management (APM), and Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) is desirable but not a must.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model, with 2 days per week in the office in London.
