Application Support Consultant

As an Application Support Consultant, you will be an integral part of our clients consulting team, focussed on delivering and maintaining a range of solutions to their clients, combining technical and consultancy skills.

You should have a strong technical aptitude and be comfortable working with various software applications, databases, and operating systems.

Part of your responsibly will be to identify and resolve technical issues, requiring excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose problems, analyse issues, and help develop effective solutions.

Typical areas include:

1. Installation, customisation & configuration of cloud-based enterprise solutions built upon our client s products.
2. Technical requirements capture & ensuring joint understanding in client workshops
3. Managing the workflow of service requests
4. Client support to troubleshoot issues with enterprise solutions involving our clients products
5. Training and certifying client IT teams in the installation and maintenance of our clients products

7. A willingness to learn about technologies including Kubernetes, VMWare & SQL relational DBs.

This role would suit a Junior Cloud based Engineer / Junior Devops or a candidate that has an interest / has worked in this field. Candidates MUST be degree educated.
