Role: IT Sales Manager
Salary: £27k - £32k + Commission
Location: Taunton
Hours: Monday Friday, 37.5 hours with hybrid and flexible working options.

Your Impact: As an IT Sales Manager, you ll be at the forefront of our sales strategy, driving revenue and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales:
    • Cultivate and expand client relationships.
    • Present Pro Cloud s solutions to prospective clients.
    • Drive IT and MSP sales, ensuring targets are met.
    • Provide accurate and timely information to clients.
    • Travel to meet with clients, understanding and addressing their needs.
    • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies.
  • Marketing:
    • Attend networking events to boost visibility.
    • Strengthen our social media presence.
    • Craft and implement a strategic marketing plan.
    • Innovate new marketing ideas to drive growth.

What We re Looking For:

  • Proven track record in IT or MSP sales.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Expertise in IT support packages, VoIP sales, and Hosted Desktops.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with a target-driven mindset.
  • Self-starter with strong initiative and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with CRM tools.
  • Relevant sales certifications (e.g., Certified Sales Professional).
